Safety is the number one value at Central Paving, Inc. We have always, and will always put safety at the top of the list to protect our most valuable resource, our employees. Central Paving, Inc. is always refreshing and educating its employees using ongoing safety training, safe work practices, and the support and supervision of safety professionals. Our safety program includes; a drug testing program, utilizing only licensed and insured drivers, and worksite traffic safety supervisors. Our dedication to safety, in the workplace and on the jobsite, is paramount to the efficiency and success at Central Paving, Inc.

Safety doesn’t happen by chance, accidents do. That’s why we pay careful attention to the safety of everyone at every level of our company. These provisions have resulted in some of the lowest incident rates in the construction industry.
